1. Compliance with Restricted Jurisdictions Requirement
Participant will not host, process, transmit, or permit access to BCID-related data, directly or indirectly, from or within the following jurisdictions:
• The People’s Republic of China, including the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macau Special Administrative Region (China);
• Republic of Cuba (Cuba);
• Islamic Republic of Iran (Iran);
• Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea);
• Russian Federation (Russia); and
• Venezuela (including entities associated with the Maduro regime).

2. Scope of Application
This certification applies to all BCID-related systems, data, and services, including any hosting environments, infrastructure, personnel access, third-party service providers, and affiliates.

3. Ongoing Compliance
Participant agrees to maintain compliance with the above requirements for the duration of its participation in the BCID Ecosystem and to promptly notify BCID LLC of any changes that may impact this certification or compliance with these requirements.

4. Authority and Accuracy
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that I am authorized to make this certification on its behalf and that the statements herein are true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
